mldonkey 3.0.0 lite version for mipsel

The lite mldonkey 3.0.0 version for mipsel is ready for test.

This version only included eDonkey and BitTorrent (Donkey SUI is not supported)

Usage: Copy the file to NetHDD and use "tar zxvf" to unpack.
